Honey

Is all honey equal?
Raw honey comes straight from the hive and has never been heated, treated or pasteurized.
Raw honey will naturally crystallize over time. In order for honey to remain liquid it has to be heated above 40'C thereby killing all the good stuff.
Creamed honey (can be raw as long as it has not been heated) is made by stirring honey over a few days.
